Hello,

I am working on the Microsoft Technologies (.net 2.0 , .net 3.5, WCF, SQL, SSIS).I have already completed below list of certification in 2009.

1. [70-528] .NET Framework 2.0 - Web-Based Client Development

2. [70-536] Microsoft .NET Framework-Application Development Foundation

3. [70-445] SQL Server 2005 Business intelligence- Implementation and Maintenance

I wanted to be a Solution Architect . So I am not sure the next path of my certification.

Please Suggest me the list of certification which helps me to reach to Solution Architect.

If you want to be a Solution Architect, you should probably pursue one or more of the "PRO" certifications, which deal with "design". Your current certifications are "TS"-level, meaning that they are about "technology" rather than "design".

Given your existing certifications, you may be interested in either (or both) the MCPD:Web Developer or MCITP:Business Intelligence Developer.
