Online data not showing after Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Instance Adapter syncs with Online CRM


  • We are trying to migrate our On Premise 2011 CRM to Online CRM.  We have finally got the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Instance Adapter working and the Data maps functioning.  data is moved up to the cloud, but only a limited amount of data is available because it seems that the online crm users are not associated with the records that the on premise Active Directory users made.  How do you get the on premise active directory user to associate with the Online Microsoft CRM user?  We are not using Active Directory Federation Services.  We just wanted to create new Online users and associate them to the existing user accounts.  Thank you for your help in pointing us to the right direction
