GPS not found

  I have been using MS street & Trips for years, on to my 3rd or 4th edition.

  Using 2013 version currently.  Suddenly it can not find the GPS receiver, i don't know what the problem is.

  When I use the auto setup it just comes back GPS not found...Ugh

  How can I clear the USB ports?  My guess is that my little Panasonic Laptop CF-T8 has gotten confused.
