microsoft vss fail when use backup exec RRS feed

  • Dear all,
    My customer current use Microsofft Server 2008 for contain all working files.
    That files server is a backup domain controller of domain abc.com.
    Some software was install on that server, include Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 11.0, Symantec Endpoint Protection Client 11.0, and Symantec Backup Exec 12.5.
    The problem is the VSS usually fail when use Backup Exec, it make the backup mission sometime complete successful, and sometime unsuccessful.
    I've try to found how to resolve the problem but only seen the solution for this problem with Microsoft Server 2003 with some patch for that windows server.
    Here is some log I receive when using Backup Exec:


    Service Control Manager Eventlog Provider - Event ID: 7034
    The Volume Shadow Copy service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 12 time(s).


    Application Error, Event ID: 1000
    Faulting application vssvc.exe, version 6.0.6001.18000, time stamp 0x4791990f, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6001.18000, time stamp 0x4791adec, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0000000000047960, process id 0xf50, application start time 0x01ca225f60968d3e.


    VSS - Event ID: 8193
    Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error calling routine IVssAsync::QueryStatus.  hr = 0x800706ba. 

    Operation:
       BackupComplete Event
       Executing Asynchronous Operation

    Context:
       Current State: BackupComplete


    VSS - Event ID: 12301
    Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Writer ASR Writer did not respond to a GatherWriterStatus call. 

    Operation:
       Gather writers' status
       Executing Asynchronous Operation

    Context:
       Current State: GatherWriterStatus


    I alway see that error still I setup new server files about 5 month ago, please help me resolve that problem.
