OCS 2007 Communicator Mobile R2 "Call via Work" Problem RRS feed

  • I have a testing environment of OCS 2007 R2 up and running with a Core Server, Edge Server, Mediation Server, and CWA server.  I have recently installed CoMo on my Windows Mobile 6.1 device.  I have Enterprise Voice enabled and I can login to CoMo and I see the link "Call via Work" on the device.  When I try to initiate a call, either communicator call or other, I get a window that pops up saying "Please answer the next call."  I wait for a minute and then that window closes and I am taken back to the Communicator window.  I never receive any call.

    Does anyone have any ideas?  If you need information I would be happy to provide.

  • Nevermind. I figured it out.  My mobile device number was 11 digits beginning with a 1 and I didnt have a normalization rule to take care of 11 digit numbers beginning with 1.
