my site is not complated crawled / indexed by msn or live-search

  My site   http://mirsoft.net  is not  complated crawled / indexed by MSN or live-search. I have submitted the  my site several times already for many mounts ago, but nothing happens. I have submitted the sitemap 
  http://mirsoft.net/sitemap.xml   several times... but no happend .so i remove that
  
  my site rank is 3 in google and last year was 4 and 5 too
  please help me..
