  I suppose that you want to say the Launchpad is not working on windows 10.
  
  It is recommend you un-install and re-install the connector, reference below link for the detail step:

  If the problem persists, is this a new fresh installed Windows 10? 
  
  Please provide details description about this problem, related operation such as open Launchpad, or click to backup. Besides, is there any error message/Event ID related?
