CRM 2013 Menus RRS feed

  • Sub-Menus are not displaying for a couple of our CRM users. From workplace they service section of the sub-menu does not display and also from the settings menu our custom entiies do not display for these few users. What could be the cause of this.

  • Hello Sullair,

    Most likely a security role based issue. Please ensure the users have security roles set that actually give access to your custom Entities.

    One other alternative would be that these sections are actually hidden from the SiteMap, but I believe you mean some users can see them whilst others cannot :)
