I have question regarding E-mail to Lead / Custom Entity "Application" Using CRM 4 Workflow and a Queue. I went through this post
http://blogs.msdn.com/b/crm/archive/2008/02/19/e-mail-to-case-lead-using-crm-4-workflow.aspx and created the Workflow and a Queue.
Here is what I want to achieve. (we are using CRM 4.0 on-premise version)
When a user fills out a form 'Free Enquiry Ebook' an email is sent to the Queue. But the thing is that we have some information in our body section of the email that I want to convert into a lead via workflow.
But I am stuck as how I can fill the Lead fields with the body element of an Email. (Is it possible?)
I am having the same issue with another custom entity called 'Application' which has much more information in it.
Any help on this issue will be much appreciated
