CRM 2011 E-Mail Router Incoming email process failure RRS feed

  • Hi Experts,

    We have configured FWD mailbox in email router  to process incoming emails into the CRM and it was working fine for a while, later we are seeing below errors in EVENT LOG and it is not processing any incoming emails.


    #17174 - An error occurred while validating the e-mail message with subject "FW: SUP-01000-B4M2Y8 Test Email Please Ignore 6:20PM PST CRM:0002001" in mailbox tenant01@microsoft.com. Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.EmailException: E-mails for address ocrmm@microsoft.com in forward mailbox could not be processed as the e-mail address is not associated with any approved forward mailbox user or queue record in CRM.

       at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingMailboxProvider.CheckForApprovedForwardMailboxUsersOrQueue(EmailMessage emailMessage)

       at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.ExchangePollingMailboxProvider.ValidateMessageInternal(EmailMessage emailMessage)

       at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingMailboxProvider.Run()

    Below are the configuration settings

      •        Created profiles for CRM and Exchange Mailbox
      •        Crated FWD mailbox profile
      •        Queues are approved and configured correctly Incoming = Forward mailbox
      •        Test Access in email router is successful

    There is no configuration issues in CRM and Email Router L

    CRM 2011 v 5.0.9690.2243 , UR8

    Any Help on this would be much appreciated.
