Someone cancelled my subscription and it wasn't me!

Good day,

My name is Liane. As I logged into my account today, I noticed my office 365 has been cancelled on January 17th!! The address and phone number have been edited and are not my contact information. My account has been compromised and I need immediate assistance!! Please help!
