How do I get a category and subcategory list from MS-Money into Excel

  How do I get a category and subcategory list from MS-Money into Excel?

  I cannot export a report as not every subcategory has a value against it as it is a new file - perhaps this is the only answer, I have to go through and put a transaction against everyone :-(
