    By default WHS backup client PC daily, it is high frequency for my home. (Small HDD) Can I change default schedule to anower?

    No, however there's also no real need to do this. WHS only backs up changed clusters, so if there are little or no changes on the clients your backup database will hardly grow. Only if you (regularly) defragment client partitions you may notice an increase in the backup database even if there were no othr changes on the client.
