  • I'm sorry, there is not.

On the old ICE forum someone indicated that he had worked out our internal engine API: http://community.research.microsoft.com/forums/t/6921.aspx

You are welcome to try this, but we don't currently support it.

  • Matt, the link that you provided is broken. Can you update your post. I really want to use Microsoft ICE with LabView. For that I need some API, I guess.

By the way, drapostolos did u arrange the automation somehow?

    Cheers,
    Z

  • Dear, Mr. Matt.

The software is performing absolutely fantastic. It's a shame that the referenced forum thread is no longer available. I believe I have started to figure the stitching engine wrapper library out, but since there is little/no documentation I do have some questions. Is the order of called methods appropriate for fully automated flow: 1 - StartAligning, 2 - StartCompositing, 3 - StartProjecting, 4 - StartCompleting, 5 - StartReprojecting, 6 - StartExporting? Does StartReprojecting have to be called? I have some difficulty, because the reprojecting progress never completes (stuck at 99.999 percent).

Ofcourse if I have your permission and help, I'd like to try to resolve this to achieve an "api" like interface.

To all others, if I succeed and if I get the permission to use the engine like this, I promise to create a tutorial.
