  • To uninstall One Care open Control Panel>Programs and Features and uninstall One Care. To run the install cleanup tool save it to your computer, then right click the file and select "Run as Administrator". Do not run the cleanup tool until after One Care has been uninstalled using Programs and Features>uninstall.
