Migrate mailboxes from SBS 2003 to Exchange 2010 in a different domain

  In my organisation we have 2 domains.
  
  Domain A has Exchange 2010 on 2008R2
  
  Domain B has Small Business Server 2003 hosting exchange and mailboxes
  Migrate mailboxes from SBS 2003 to Exchange 2010 in a different domain
  
  Both domains are accessible and are connected via an MPLS network.
  
  I want to migrate everything from domain B to domain A, there are only about 30 mailboxes.
  
  I presume first of all I need to create a Trust relationship between the two domains?
