Windows HPC Node Creation Wizard for Amazon EC2 Instances? RRS feed

    Is that possible to extend Node Template Wizard for Amazon EC2 Cloud Instances , similar to what is provided for Azure Cloud Instances ? Does Windows HPC Cluster Manager allow to extend / create new wizard pages and forms?

    The Windows HPC solution does not have the capability to 'burst' to EC2 the way it can 'burst' to Azure.

    Amazon EC2 does support Windows-based HPC clusters through their AMIs though. Check out http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/AWSEC2/latest/WindowsGuide/ConfigWindowsHPC.html?r=1970 for a walkthrough.
