Forums missing from the 'Forums Home' page RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I browse to http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/categories these are the only forums I see listed:

    Using Forums
    Interoperabiiity
    Learning
    Live Mesh
    Microsoft Genuine Advantage
    Security
    windows HPC (High performance Computing)
    Windows Home Server
    Windows Live
    Feedback and Discussions
    Sandbox Forums
    Archived Forums
    Unified Communications Conferencing
    Unified Communications Integration
    Office Communications Server
    Office Communications Server public Beta
    Office Communicator
    Speech Server
    Windows Live OneCare
    Windows Mobile



    I can not browse to the previously migrated forums (e.g. Windows Server, Exchange Server, etc)

  • Okay, I just realized these other forums are viewable at a different URL: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/categories/

    I guess I don't understand why Exchange forums are under TechNet but OCS forums are not?  The organization all seems confusing.

  • social.microsoft is the launchpad page, it contains or should contain only forums for microsoft search, online services, feedback forums etc

    Windows Live firstly should be removed and put into answers.microsoft.com http://social.answers.microsoft.com/bookmarks/en-us all bookmarks, profile, library etc should be in social.microsoft.com The problem is not all places are consistent eg. http://social.answers.microsoft.com/bookmarks/en-us#sort=week&page=0&filter=allcontent doesn't have the Tabs that technet and msdn have
