HI I am an IT Professional and am working on a PC running Windows XP Pro sp3. I was able to access Windows Update and apply updates to this machine a little over a week ago on 12/30.2013. Today, 1/7/2014, i am no longer able to download updates as it is now telling me that my Volume license of Windows is now Invalid. Below is the output from the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool showing that my Volume license validation status is an Invalid Product Key:

The Product Key here was never issued by Microsoft - and was generated by a hacker's KeyGen utility
Does your machine have a COA sticker on the case? For which version and edition od Windows is it valid?

Unfortunately, the product key for the volume license version of Windows XP was pirated from the internet. Please contact your Volume License Specialist for assistance.
