Office 2007 Non Genuine Alert RRS feed

  • Question

  • I bought this version from a reputable retailer in London at the same time as buying my computer.

    It came with a DVD type case with a genuine certificate of authenticity entitled Microsoft Office Pro 2007 (Not to US) (MLK)

    Why am I now being accused that it is non-genuine and wasting so much time trying to sort it out?

    I have run the diagnostics and this is what i get:

  • Good Morning Jcorse,

    Thank you for visiting our forum today. The problem is you are running two versions of Microsoft Office Suites: Office 2003 Professional with FrontPage and Office 2007. Further investigation indicates Office 20003 Professional with FrontPage was installed with a blocked Volume Licensing Key (VLK). Please uninstall this version and restart your computer. Next please revalidate Office 2007 and you should be operational again. Below I have taken a quick snippet from your diagnostic results so share with you.

    OGA Data-->

    Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage - 114 Blocked VLK 2
    2007 Microsoft Office system - 100 Genuine
