Update: also there is an issue with tracking outgoing mails sent from Outlook(no CRM client is installed). Such mails are not imported into CRM system.
In some sources it is stated that these mails should appear only if Track button in CRM Outlook client is used. However others state Exchange server-side sync
should work automatically. Our test shows it does not work automatically. Is it how it is designed?
This means for automatic mails import CRM Outlook client should be used in any case.
