How to change organizer in Calendar events using Outlook.Interop or Graph API's

  I am trying to create outlook meeting request, I need to change the Organizer user other than login user.
  Can anyone help me to set Organizer of calnedar event/meeting using Microsoft Outlook.Interop and Graph API.
  
  I dont want to use standard .ics, .ical file approach for creating calendar events...
  Please suggest me proper way...
