    I was wondering what the aplication vender is?

    We'll need a little more to go on for that question. And, since this forum is for Windows Live OneCare and you posted to the Off Topic folder, it may be a while before you get another answer as it isn't a folder checked often.

    Application vendor, in general, means the company that develops and sells the application. In the case of Windows Live OneCare, the vendor is Microsoft.
