  i'm using a Toshiba cable-modem from Time-Warner, and am in internet hell thanks to Windows Vista

   

  Now is Bill Gates gonna fess up and admit that this OS is [pick your obscenity and insert it here] and give everyone an XP that works, or will the FTC have to start fining Microsoft $10 million a day since the million dollar fines were ineffectual?
