i just got live one care and am trying to install it on one of my computers but i get a message saying "The procedure entry point GetProcessId could not be located in the dynamic link library Kernel32.dll. What does that mean?!?

Thank you for visiting the OneCare program forum for Install and Activate.
Most likely, you are using an unsupported version of the Operating system of Windows XP.
Here is a rundown of the operating systems OneCare supports:
Windows XP (Home Edition, Professional, Media Center Edition or Tablet PC Edition) with SP2 (Service Pack 2)
Windows XP Professional 64-bit operating system is NOT supported
Windows Vista (Home Edition, Home Premium, Business Edition, or Ultimate) 32-bit and 64 bit supported
There is a very good weblink to some steps that can be taken if you do have Windows XP.
