    Hi

    i am trying to install MS fix it but i always get this error: - (could you tell me how to fix it?)

    Please try the following...

    Go to Start> Run and type services.msc and click OK
    Look for "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" and start it. If it is already running then Restart it

    Alternatively you can go to Run and type sc start bits and click OK.

    Please let me know if this helped resolve your issue.
