    thank you for posting in the WGA Forums. Were there any particular Windows Updates which would not install and if so can you please identify which ones. The error code you are receiving may be generic and relevant for more than one error code.  Also you can research this code @ http://support.microsoft.com and you will see there are different windows updates which this may apply to.  Also follow the link Dan provided which I posted earlier for another customer experiencing similar issues as you :-)

    Both your XP Media Center Edition and your Office 2003 on your HP computer are showing as Genuine installations!

     

    Your issue appears to be that of a problem with Windows Updates.  Please see Stehhen's first response in this thread for several different ways to get Free tech support for Windows Updates related issues:
