same as answered but not working RRS feed

    I have the same conditions as one of your previously answered posts.  That post was about a popup that read "windows is not working-you may be a victim of software counterfeiting."  I have tried to resolve the issues using the validater and restarted but the popup won't stop even after I restart.  The following are the resultant diagnostics.
