Hi all,
I am a newbie to CRM and want to know the difference between CRM 2013 & CRM 2013 online. I know this is very silly question to ask. But I am little bit confused. Please clarify my doubt.
Thanks,

Hi Vishwajeet kumar,
it is not a silly question, especially with CRM 2013, Microsoft will release soon specific certifications for CRM Online (MB2-721 & MB2-722).
The links already provided gives a good overview (but they are a bit outdated so some features are changed).
The main limitations/differences (for me) are:
1) For reports must be used FetchXML
2) There is a 5000 records limit with FetchXML
3) You can't access SQL Views or the SQL DB
4) You can't schedule a report as you do with OnPremise
5) For Online you need to pay the extra space if you need it
6) Online has automatic updates (and they are released more often than OnPremise rollups)
Hope it helps
