    Hi,

    I'm looking to export my contacts together with all notes. Is there an easy way to do this?

    I know this has been covered in other posts but the suggestion is to run an advanced find on the note field which is fine if each contact has a single note. However, when there are multiple notes per contact, the exported spreadsheet is bit of a mess. Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    I would suggest to build a report using Report Wizard using Contact as Primary entity and Note as a Secondary and during design of grid with notes make grouping by contact. After you save a report you can run it an export it to Excel.
