I lost my certifications could Microsoft resend it again

  Please note that the people that answer questions in this forum are your peers, we are NOT Microsoft employees. That said, a certification is not lost. You may lose your printed certificates, but you can always download them from the MCP site and print them again. If you want an original mailed to you, you can place an order (for a fee) from the same MCP web site. If the thing that you have lost is your credentials for accessing the MCP website, then you can call the Regional Service Center (RSC) and they will send you new credentials. The contact details for the RSC can be found at the bottom of the page www.microsoft.com/learning.
