DP200 Learning path issue

  Hi,

  I was pursuing the DP-200 certification learning path, and in it there is sub learning path "Work with relational data in azure". Inside that learning path under the exercise "Exercise - Connect to your database and add sample data"

  I followed all instructions to setup a database server and database in the sandbox learning environment, but while trying to give the commands as suggested such as 'az sql db list', etc, I am getting an error "Can not perform requested operation on nested resource. Parent resource 'conciergeserver.database.windows.net' not found."

  Please help. I have tried to disconnect my VPN as well, still no use.
