CRM 3.0 Sent email doesn't appear in Sent Item of Outlook 2007 RRS feed

    Hi All,


    I have CRM 3.0 Desktop client installed in my Outlook 2007. I try to send email from Outlook 2007 -> Microsoft CRM ->Sales->Contacts.


    I can send email but it doesn't appear in the Sent Item of Outlook but only appeared in History of the contact. I have confirmed the person has received the email.


    My question is that Does it how CRM 3.0 work or I did something wrong? If it does, is there any change on CRM 4 to allow email sent from CRM appear in Sent Item.
