Hi,

I can't install windows live onecare, and I get this error code suring the installation process.

What does it means?

The answer is to see the thread in my previous post or contact support for help. That thread indicates that the error may mean that the PC is compromised by malware, preventing the installation or it could mean that you are using an older retail CD to install to Windows XP SP3 and the installer doesn't like the version of a required system file that it is finding.
