    Hi I want to deply Dial in conferencing but do I need an Edge server or can I have it setup for internal so people on the road can dial into conferencences using their mobile phones?

    No Edge server is required if they are simply dialing from external lines.

    So could I have a conference setup with people dialing in from their Cell phones?

    Basically if you only plan to support dial-in conferencing from PSTN endpoints (e.g. mobile phones) then these calls don't require an Edge server at all.  The call flow would be PSTN > PBX > Media Gateway > Mediation Server > Front-End Server.  The calls enter your environment via voice to the PBX TI, not as network traffic so no need for Edge services.
