Business Process Flow unable to create record more than 1 for same entity stage.

  Hi All,

  I am working on business process flow on crm2015.

  I have BPF with some stages. Two stages has same entity but different name. So when from first stages i create the record for that entity records its show option for create new record below next button and its creates but after two stage i have same entity mapped with another stage. now when i click on Next button then automatically its move on same record earlier we had created in first stages. but i want option to create different record instead of same. Can you please suggest me what i am missing.
