    On 28-09-2009 I purchased microsoft auto collage------------- since then I had a new HD installed,hence I lost my original download.I have since downloaded the trial version, and tried to use my original licence number, but this has failed.Do I have to purchase the licence key number again or can I use my original number.

    I had the same problem but now my key is accepted !

    The current download version of`Autocollage 2008` has been updated..so requires a new Key....which is chargeable....BUT if you live outside the US or Canada you will not be able to purchase a new key (new rules). but can still download the 30 day trial version with watermark,which is pointless

    (Fortunatley for me I had burnt my Autocollage download on a disc...so I was able to re-install the original version,and use the original key)... I have spoken to Microsoft helpline about this to to avail,as they will only accept payment from US\Canada
