HELP! When originally getting Live Update OneCare, I entered my credit card information and signed up for future Updates to be done automatically. Now I've got a serious problem regarding credit card and have so far been unable to find a TELEPHONE number to call regarding Customer Service Billing issues. This needs immediate attention and I have been trying for a couple of weeks to find a REAL LIVE person to call! When I open Windows Live OneCare on my system and go through all the screens/links, I cannot find anything related to customers being able to call or contact a REAL HUMAN BEING via telephone about billing problems. Can ANYONE help?????
