  I was looking at my Outlook client, and it shows the DB as 1 version back from the rest. It shows:

  MSCRM 2011 (5.0.9690.3911)(DB 5.0.9690.3731)

  MSCRM 2011 Outlook (5.0.9690.3911)

  I verified that rollup 16 is installed on the server.
