Performance Plus Does not appear on my start-up!! RRS feed

    My start-up window only says "Your oneCare circle: Actions to take"  but no where on the page is there a place to click to take these actions necessary to make the recommended repairs!!!   In your help section-- it mentions clicking on the "performance plus" section-- but I don't have those options anywhere-- the only item that I can click on is "change settings" but that doesn't solve the problem.  What' the problem and how do I fix it??

  • Click on Manage Your OneCare Circle in the left hand pane after opening OneCare.

    A list of the computers in your Circle should then appear.

    Each one will have a details button that you can click to expand the entry. If one requires action, it should already be expanded when you open it.

    In the main OneCare window on each PC, including the Hub before you click on Manage Your OneCare Circle is a pane with several sections.

    • Actions to Take
    • Subscription Status
    • Protection Plus
    • Performance Plus
    • Backup and Restore
