When posting a question or answer how do I post an active hyperlink to another webpage? What tags do I need or how is it done?

Hi Michael,
You dont need to put any tag. Just copy and paste the link it automatically gets the hyperlink

Okay I posted this and it did not "hyper". This is my issue. When I try to cite other threads or URL addresses they are not active.
