Windows 7 Build 7600 not Genuine

Question
-
Hi, I have read your other threads and it says to post my own diagnostic. I bought an Acer Aspire 4535 in January 2010. In February my motherboard crashed (or something to that effect). I had to send my computer in to Acer to get it repaired. About a week after I got it back I started getting the message about Windows 7 build 7600 not being genuine, so I called Acer and they sent me a boot disk to fix the problem. I rebooted my OS and it worked fine for a little over a month. Now just last week I started getting the message again. Here is my diagnostic:

It appears that the motherboard replacement came with an outdated bios that does not have the proper SLIC marker, Contact Acer tech support and tell them that the diagnostic report shows an SLP 2.0 marker and not the required SLP 2.1
Alternativly you can activate witht the key off of the COA sticker on the back or side of your computer.
- press the win key and pause silultaniosly (this opens systemp properties.
- Scroll down to the activation section, click on change product key, insert COA key.
- Click on activate now (or type "SLUI 4" in the search box, hit enter).
- select region, call the number, don't press any buttons for menu options, this forces a real person to answer.
- activate over the phone.
This is the easy way, the other way may involve flashing the bios and can cause serious harm to your computer if not done correctly or the power fails halfway through the flash. That said, the proper fix is probably to flash the bios, the older bios version may have other issues that were corrected in newer versions. Contact your tech support and consult with them before making a decision.
