Assign a case to both a compaign and an account / contact RRS feed

  • Pretty well as the title, can I assign a case to both a compaign and an account / contact.

    Basically we are generating cases in reponse to a mail out

  • Hi Mark,

    The only way I see that happening is creating a new relationship between Campaign and Case; because out-of-the-box Cases can only have Contacts/Accounts as the customer.
