Actually, a question if they can coexist, as responsepoint does work with SBS and 2003 server.

Windows Home Server uses reparse points extensively for it's own purposes. They are not supported as a user-created object in the shares, or in the application folders (which participate in Drive Extender/duplication, and so are part of the storage pool).
I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)- Proposed as answer by kariya21Moderator Wednesday, February 4, 2009 3:19 PM

Umm, no responsepoint is a small business PBX software offered by Microsoft, and listed to work with SBS and win2003. A reparse point is a different thing altogether.

Oh. Hard to keep track (Microsoft is constantly acquiring and spinning off companies and products), and I've seen others make that mistake. Sorry. :)If it works, it's going to be completely unsupported. I would have to recommend against it (horses for courses, you know); Windows Home Server is not designed to be used as Windows Server 2003 Lite, and I don't know enough about Response Point to know what issues it might be likely to cause, or have, in a WHS environment. If you decide to try it anyway, I would be interested in hearing about it, as would others, I'm sure. Just don't expect us to be able to help you very much. :)
