    I purchased windows 7 ultimate key few months ago. It was working properly earlier but now it has started giving non-geniune message. Could you please let me know if the key is geniune?

  • Sorry to inform you that the Windows 7 Ultimate product key you purchased is counterfeit and thus non-genuine. You should only purchase Microsoft Windows 7 from a known, trustworthy seller with a proven track record. It should include a genuine Windows 7 DVD and a genuine Certificate of Authenticity. Selling standalone product keys is a huge red flag that the license is either counterfeit or pirated.
