Unable to connect my registry to microsoft RRS feed

  • Dear Microsoft,

    As I reformatted my computer again becoz im having a blue screen, after downloading the OS i am about to register my Microsoft but then after filling all the info i cannot send it and it always unable to connect though im using DSL connection. Please help as the message always say unable to connect to activation service centre. Im using the windows XP 2002 home edition( i know its old version but its all i have at the moment)..I just want to register my Microsoft so i won't get trouble after 30 days ..Please help if theres any way i can activate my windows xp home edition again. :(

    To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
    Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
    To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

    Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine, but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!
