Can't Update Outlook 2002 SP3 Calendar Holidays

Question
-
An update is available for Office 2002 sp3 to apply holidays to the Outlook calendar for years 2006 -2012. When I attempt to download the update I get the message that my Office XP with Frontpage does not pass WGA validation. I tried activating Frontpage and using the help activate product feature returns the message that Frontpage is already activiated. Same when I try to activate Office 2002, I get a message saying the product is already activated, However, the WGA validation tool still sees my Office 2002 software as invalid. Office 2002 runs fine and validates ok on my machine. Microsoft's WGA Office 2002 check is finding something it doesn't like. Any suggestions?
My email address is pjg0453@verizon.net. Thanks, Paul Gotkin

Please follow this simple troubleshooting procedure:
1. Download and run the MGA Diagnostic Tool: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012
2. After running the MGA Diagnostic Tool, click on the "Windows" tab and then click on "Copy".
3. Next, visit the following website and create a post in the "WGA Validation Problems" forum and paste the results of the WGA Diagnostic Data in a detailed post. http://forums.microsoft.com/Genuine/default.aspx?SiteID=25
4. A WGA troubleshooting specialist will analyze the data and recommend an appropriate solution.

I have a similar problem in trying to download the holidays for the Outlook calendar for years 2006-2012. I get the message that my Office XP does not pass WGA validation. The printed report says the reason is my Office XP is not validated. Like pjg30, every one of my Office applications returns the message that it is already activated.
I have tried all the fixes listed by Stephen MS. All results say my copy of Office is genuine and my PC is correctly set up for the validation process to work. The WGA Validation Diagnostic Tool gives

But I have been using Office XP since 2003 with no diminution of capabilities, so it appears that it was activated correctly at that time, and all Office Applications tell me they are already activated.
What can I try next?

Carey,
Thanks very much. Worked like a charm. I felt like there was something simple to correct this problem, but I had no idea what to do. So I'm very glad for your presence. Thanks again.
