No, Vista SP1 would not have caused your non-genuine licensing issue with Office. It appears they gave you a copy that should not be sold to anyone. Print a copy of your MGA report and take it to the seller and demand a genuine retail version of Office, and not an Enterprise edition. If they do not comply, then file an immediate piracy report with Microsoft.

From your MGA report:
Office Status: 103 Blocked VLK
<LegitResult>103</LegitResult><Name>Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007
Unfortunately, you have a non-genuine "Volume License" copy of Microsoft Office Enterprise installed.
A VL license is purchased by large business enterprises and not meant for individuals. Where did you obtain your copy of Office from?

From a very reputible company here in Costa RIca. They are a partner with both Intel and Microsoft. They could not get me a English copy of Professional so in the end they gave me Enterprise for the same Price. I have the Original DVD and everything. The DVD says Microsoft Licensing on it. It was working fine for almost a year, Validated and Authenicating just fine until I re-installed. Maybe Vista SP1 did this?
