    Hi,
    I am working in Microsoft partner company and I am the primary contact but my MSDN account isn't the same is that the problem or it's something else?

    The Live Account you use to login to Forums should be the same Live Account you've registered with the MS Partner Program/Portal.
    If you use the same Live ID account for both Forums and Partner Portal, then the Microsoft Partner affiliation  (text beside the displayname) should show up automatically, give or take ~48 hours because of the sync process that happens in our backend servers.
