Cannot sign in on 2nd pc

I cannot sign-in on my 2nd pc, so it is not recognizing that I have renewed my subscription and I cannot get updates. I keep getting the error message that I have a wrong ID or wrong password, but that is not true. I have used some of the help features with no success.
